Possibly: If you always have regular monthly periods, now are two weeks late, and you are sexually active - it is certainly possible that you are pregnant. If you are not using any birth control, it is even more likely that you are. A simple and easy pregnancy test from any drug-store can easily answer that question. As soon as you miss your period a pregnancy test will be positive, if you are pregnant.
