Yes: Despite having irregular periods you are still having them. It is always possible to conceive while having periods. If you have a regular cycle most of the year and only every so often have an irregular you have the same likelihood of conception. Women with cycles that are always irregular may have a harder time due to underlying conditions. Seek gynecological care as needed.
