Skin: Changes are not immediate. Any time this diagnosis comes up your should have three blood tests: a sedimentation rate, and ANA test and a scl-70 (topoisomerase) antoibody. See also a rheumatologist. Othere tests may be in place the specialist will guide you! do not delay!

Head, neck, arm, chest pain sometimes altogether and sometimes just two body parts together. Happens pretty often, and has been happening off and on for months, what could be the cause? I do have acid reflux?

Positive ANA IFA 1:160, IgG 1605, CK total 469, LDH 292.numbness in hands& feet. Tight & Shiny skin, joint pain, Raynauds,swollen fingers. Curved fingers. Muscle weakness, fatigue. Rheumatologist said systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). Sound accurate?
