Classical raynauds is 1. Turns white because vasoconstriction blocks blood flowing into area. 2. Turns blue as oxygen leaves red cells and blood does not flow out of area. 3. Suddenly area turns red as vasoconstriction stops and blood rushs into area. Keep a diary and take pictures under good light. Share with Drs
