Hormonal imbalance : Or ovulatory pain etc. Follow up with your gyn. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or midol may help the pain.Hope u feel better !

Mittleschmerz: Midcycle ovulatory pain is called mittleschmerz. The growth of the follicle containing the egg and its subsequent rupture can lead to irritation of the abdominal and pelvic cavity resulting in cramps. Very common.
