Possibly: Obtain a home pregnancy test. They turn positive within 72 hours before the expected start of your next period. If it's negative, repeat in 1 week.

Too soon to test: Home pregnancy tests start turning positive about 7-10 days after the missed period. Blood tests may be positive 2-3 days after the missed period. You may wait 7-10 days to repeat hpt or see your doctor for a blood test.
