got cramps, nausea etc on day of exp period no period tested after two day morning test neg..not symptoms gone wht it is..4 days now period no cram?

Further evaluation: No test is 100% accurate. I would recommend that you see your gyn for further evaluation including serum beta HCG and repeat urine testing.
