Bulging discs: Bulging disc are a common occurrence on MRI even in people that do not have back pain. The best thing for back pain is exercise. Some times the meds will help you feel better in order to exercise but they will not replace the need to improve your posture, range of motion, and strength. Consider doing neutral spine core stability exercises of mcgill. They are available on youtube.
