Intestinal cramps: Pain from intestine squeezing stool out. Smooth muscle spasm of intestinal muscles can be painful. Possibly, you have irritable bowel syndrome (ibs), which is a disorder of function of bowel & for which there is no firm causal understanding. Ibs is often associated with fibromyalgia. At my chronic pain board (free) at quora.Com, i discuss ibs, which is not dangerous, but can be bothersome.
