Doxcycline was for skin condition & augment was given to stop infection that may develop from some cuts i got and the meds are from 2 different docs?

Ck with 2nd doc: I would guess doc #2 would say to hold the Doxycycline until you have finished the augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate). Please clarify with the doctor that prescribed the augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate).
