Hello...thank you for reading my question...i have a pain in my left breast/chest..it came on suddenly with no warning, have it about half hour!

Hmmm: Could be a muscle strain. If you are having shortness of breath and pain radiating down your arm it would be cardiac in nature. Try some aleve (naproxen) and see if that helps. Go see your doctor if not getting better.
