Sick Building: This is a very difficult topic to discuss as well as the fact most information is not standardized and poor research to date. The epa has no standardized guidelines just yet. You can ask for the material safety data sheets at your place of employment. You can also look into an occupational physician.

Options: Aside from quitting your job or taking your controller meds at higher doses you can go the legal route. If the work place appears to be a "health hazard" your local health department should be notified. You can do this anonymously. Of course if there were other workers with the same complaint it would be even better.
