Recently i just know that i am anemic , is it ok to take amitriptyline 5mg, xanax (alprazolam) 0.25 mg and sangobion. i have a bit depression and panic attack.

Anemia and mood: I don't know the last medication you mentioned but otherwise it's okay. Treating the cause of your anemia will help your mood issues.
