No.: St. John's Wort hastens the breakdown of Amitriptyline and taking both will be counterproductive. If you still need something to make you feel positive, go back to your doctor and have him reevaluate your medications.

Can be risky: St. John's Wort is a risky item to take with anything or even on its own. I have seen a number of cases of people perfectly healthy and no history of problems suffer changes of mental status, mostly seizures resulting in injuries. I would recommend seeing a psychologist to go over more conservative means to elevate your mood. Alternatively, consider moving to Toon Town before taking SJW.
