Rest: Fluid around a tendon sheath that is visible or you can feel indicates that the tendon is inflamed esp. If it hurts. Fluid often is seen on MRI of ankle and may not be clinically significant. If there are symptoms (pain, weakness, loss of function) do not play soccer till under care of doc and better.Rest is first line of treatment.
