To late: Since you are no longer growing there is little that can be done. As an adolescent you could have undergone a bone lenghtening procedure.

Limb length: There are different modifications you can make to shoe gear and possibly inserts (orthottics) to aid with your condition. You could get a referral to a podiatrist from your pcp. A podiatrist can asses to see if and what kind of limb length issues you may be having. They may get you some relief that may be causing, head, neck, back, hip, knee pain from having a shorter limb.
