Since i had my last surgery last month and got my last ovary taken out it seems like i'm gaining weight , could that be possible from the ovarys gone?

No it is not related: Ovarian surgery to remove the ovaries can not make you gain weight, ther may be other reason like retaining water or hormonal replacement if any.
