Several: Report these symptoms to your oncologists. One good option for palliation may be a short course of radiotherapy.

May need biopsy?: First u need to b sure that the foot tumor is related to lung or see if this is a new type, hopefully a skin cancer. Metastatic lung cancer would be less likely but possible as lung cancers are a bit unpredictable. A stage one lung cancer treated aggressively as yours was seem often to behave a bit more predictably. Good luck but follow up with your oncologist for direction.
