Foods: Hiccup is involuntary spasm of diaphragm with sudden breath in with closing of larynx producing noise. Certain foods, spicy, carbonated beverages, eating too much too much alcohol, sudden temperature changes, and emotional stress.Changes or moderation in diet may reduce the prevalence of hiccups.
