Cardiogenic : Shock is a clinical syndrome. An ECG could suggest that the shock is from the heart being damaged.

Not necessarily...: Many times ECG would be indifferent to it until it is way too late! we need a new way. It is called multifunction cardiogram! google it to find out more.
