Got punched 8 yrs ago in mouth. today my mouth doesn't close all the way and my smile is crooked, not aligned. what is this? also have seb. derm on it

TMJ: Sounds like temporomandibular joint syndrome (TMJ) or dislocation of the tmj. Dentists trained in orofacial pain and tmj, ent, oromaxilofacial surgeons may be able to help with this condition. Imaging study may be needed. It may be successfully treated with a molded mouth guard.

Possible TMJ damage: You may have suffered damage to one of the temporomandibular joints. Have your dentist evaluate the issue.
