Check with your doc: Probably you need lots of intranasal steroids. Better check with your doc.

Seen ENT??: See an ENT if you have not seen one yet. Besides more hydration, and decongestants, it may help to use nasal steroid sprays, and even system short term Prednisone for 2 weeks.
