Blood from rectum: Most likely hemorrhoid , but it can be other more serious things like polyps.It may be a good idea to do a colonoscopy.

Hemorrhoid or tear: Hemorrhoids & anal fissures/tears are common sources of bleeding from rectum. So is diverticulosis which is typically more pronounced. Hemorrhoids can be either painful (external) or pain-free (internal). Fissures & tears typically hurt. Diverticulosis is pain-free but when infected, diverticulitis is painful. Because you're feeling dizzy, nauseous & weak, go see your family doc for evaluation.
