See your doctor : This is not normal and can indicate something going on with your eyes or brain. Detached retina can sometimes cause this. Also migraines.

Floaters ? Sparkles?: If you mean you are seeing floaters , they are usually benign. But my advice is to go see an ophthalmologist to get a complete eye exam. The eye can give premature signs of underlying diseases.
