Not necessarily: Discharge is different in all women and is not very specific. Typical discharge at the time of ovulation is clear, slippery and stretchy. This may not be detectable in every woman that is ovulating though. If you are having regular periods and having symptoms indicating your period is going to start (ie. Breast tenderness, bloating, or cramping) you are likely ovulating.
