Unless it is an emer: Unless you have some kind of emergency, you can wait till tuesday(?Next one). You cannot be sure that you have lymphoma, unless a doctor has examined you and confirmed it with a biopsy. There is no one typical symptom of a lymphoma. So you are unnecessarily worried, in my view.
