If you have been using these drugs for a length of time or using them heavily you may need to be medically monitored during your early withdrawal. But, then there are drug treatment programs both inpatient and outpatient that will keep you sober for a time...At least enough time to learn about addiction.

Treatment program : I commend you for recognizing that you. Are addicted. Stopping abruptly can be very serious. You need to taper using a longer acting benzo under supervision of addiction specialist and the support of a treatment program.
