Biotin: Avoid over-washing your hair. Don't apply shampoo directly to the roots. Distribute conditioner evenly through your hair. Avoid using hot tools (hair dryer, flat iron) every day. Use a deep conditioning treatment once a week. Do not comb or twist wet hair. Massage in warm olive oil or coconut oil and leave for 30-40 minutes before washing. Always use lukewarm (not hot) to wash your hair.

Some people.....: ....Shed a lot of hair. Is your hair visibly thinning? If so, you may have a variety of immune conditions, a fungal infection, or a nutritional deficiency. None of these is going to be treated otc until you see your doctor and find the cause. If your hair is not thinning and there's just a lot of it stuck in your hairbrush and the shower drain, then there's probably nothing wrong with you.
