My wife is asthma patient, recenty she is experiencing throat pain....not from inside but outside. she uses inhaler and medicine.

Throat pain: Not sure how or why asthma would be causing pain of this nature /location. If it doesn't improve (or worsens) with otc remedies over next 12-24h would probably see a doctor just to be sure it's not anything serious.

Throat pain: If she is unable to swallow or has severe pain, she should get in to see an er doctor asap. If she is stable, i would call first thing in the morning to her regular doctor for evaluation. Additionally, if she has a fever then she should get into the er.
