Rule out neuropathy: Small fiber neuropathy is a well described subset in sarcoidosis. Your symptoms are indeed suspicious for a neuropathy. Please talk to your md to see if other causes of neuropathy such as diabetes, vitamin deficiencies exist in your case . They might need specific treatments. Diagnosis and treatment of small fiber neuropathy in sarcoidosis is best done in an specialized sarcoidosis center.
