That is unusual: The hallmark of acute bronchitis is coughing and so if no cough, i would not call it bronchitis. Maybe u were coughing before and the cough medicine is suppressing your cough? Some medicines can induce loss of appetite, including cough medicines.If no cough from start, i would question the diagnosis. As with your lack of appetite, i can't tell why due to limited info. Consult doc. Good luck.
