Depends?: First, you have to know how many calories you eat a day. We all need a certain number of calories to maintain our weight. To ruffly determine this multiply your weight by 15 if you are moderately active and by 12 if you are not. If you find that you are eating plenty, then it is important to see your physician as there are a number of serious medical conditions that can cause weight loss.

If no medical cause is found, then one can add weight by eating more calories of nutritious foods, while also doing weight-training to increase muscle. Proteins: egg white, chicken breast, salmon, ... Better fats: olive oil, peanuts, almonds, tofu, ....
