Mid cycle bleeding: The ovulation predictor tests are not 100% accurate. Most of the times, mid cycle bleeding can be from a drop in estrogen levels that occurs right after ovulation. The other possibility is bleeding early in pregnancy or an ectopic pregnancy. Check a urine pregnancy test to be sure.
