Pregnant?: Pregnancy is always a possibility. Purchase and perform a home pregnancy test. They become positive when you are about a week late. If it is negative, repeat in one week.

Pregnant?: No way to tell without full history, exam and testing. Would wait 7-10 days after suspected date of insemination and use urine test strips to check. If negative check again after 7 days.

Either one: Some women will experience some menstrual irregularity from time to time. This might include a change in clots, flow etc. Check a upt to see if you are pregnant, but if negative wait several days since you are a week early. Time will tell if it is implantation or just an early cycle.
