Reinfection: The normal routes of transmission for Trichomoniasis are penis to vagina, vagina to penis or vagina to vagina. Not vagina or penis to toilet seat. Trichomoniasis can be a silent disease. So it could be brewing without even knowing it. Reinfection from sexual contact may be the cause after treatment two years ago.
