Family practice : Ice antiinflamatory and rest are hallmarks for healing a sprain. Ankle brace might be beneficial to prevent further injury. Tendinitis would be treated the same way. It sounds like you don't want to rest it. If it gets much worse you may have too.

No: You are suffering from the terrible toos...Too much, too often, with too little rest. Hold off on the ankle brace. Slow down your intensity and give our body a rest.
