Yes and no: To my mind a chronic sacroiliac joint ( sij ) subluxation (ligament laxity) is permanent. The chiropractor might be able to relocate an acutely subluxing joint, but if it is a chronic subluxation the relocation will be temporary; as measured in days and hours.
