Many possibilities: Pelvic pain is very common. More information is needed to answer this type of complaint. Is the pain positional? If so this suggests a more muscular or skeletal type pain. Does it happen with intercourse? This may be a pelvic floor related pain and you can get help from a urogynecologist. If it is shooting type pain this can also be neuropathic pain, better served by a neurologist.
