Acne scar tx: It depends.....If the scars are flat and discolored there are otc and prescription strength creams to help blend the pigment. If they are indented or look like divots that means there is some scar tissue in there and they will be harder to treat. You want to build up some collagen in the indented areas to " fill" them back out. Microneedling, lasers and injected dermal filler can help do this.
