Serious Rx: I am VERY sorry you've ended up with scarring, and even more sorry that you're not already under the care of a competent physician who should have been managing this all along. A combination of topical benzoyl peroxide plus an antibiotic may be enough, or the oral contraceptive pill, spironolactone, or isotretinoin may clear you. You can't remove the scars but you can stop new ones from forming.
