There are several: Here are a few supplements that optomize liver function: n-acetyl cysteine is found in most emergency rooms and is given for tylenol (acetaminophen) overdose (tylenol (acetaminophen) (acetaminophen) is very toxic to liver) milk thistle (aka silymarin) and Alpha lipoic acid are also very good.

Stay fit: Health doesn't come out of a pill / supplement bottle. Assuming you're not a vegetarian, the common deficiencies are d and iron; neither is especially tied up with the liver. Yet here in the usa, we have young adults actually dying from liver failure simply from being fat and not exercising. Being active with fitness types is a lot more fun than taking non-evidence-based supplements. Cheers.
