Arthritis is common: If the joints feel tight and stiff as if making a fist feels like they are sponges that need to be squeezed out and as you tighten the fist it hurts a bit...Well that is often how early mildarthritis feels, especially in the am or if the hand is cold.

Maybe: Unlikely arthritis if it well localized pain. Usually can be tendinitis, triggering, indflammation, mass.Should be checked out.
