I've had fibromyalgia for three years now but im still having complications with the medicines and functioning a normal day? what else can i do?

See below: Have found that many patients do far better by increasing exercise gradually and steadily, and include stretching, relaxation exercises, and stress management. Also, pay attention to your vitamin d levels, need about 50-60, get regular sleep, going to bed and getting up at same time each day. Increase socialization, and outside activities to focus on issues outside yourself. Meds are bandaides.

Multiple modalities: A non-successful treatment program for fibromyalgia (FM) needs a shift in focus. One might start w. the three approved meds, then add the following: aqua therapy, gentle yoga, biofeedback, massage, medicinal cannabis, neutriceuticals, mindfulness therapies, and optimization of ongoing nutrition.
