Routines: There's not a simple fix for doing well at something. Routines which include eating nutritiously, exercising, keeping your body free from harmful substances, and getting enough sleep are a good start. Students should go to class, be actively curious about the subject, and do what the teacher says. Finally, finish and hand in all assignments and study with others so you do well on tests.
