Not really: The heart muscle contracts rhythmically, which is how it pumps; you can consider these spasms, i suppose, but a true uncontrolled spasm would be fairly instant death due to loss of blood supply. The coronary arteries can have spasms that will manifest as chest pain, aka prinzmetal angina.

No: You can have spasm of heart arteries (rare).
