Many things?: You may have ddd (degenerative disc disease) or spinal stenois (not enough room in the spine). You could have significant PVD (perhipheral vascular disease-blockage in arteries) or you could have severe neuropathy (nerves affected by diabetes or other causes). You should see your pcp, neurologist, orthopedist, cardiologist/cv surgeon or other practitioner and get examined and diagnosed.

Spine problem: The involvement of both legs and tingling and weakness sounds like a problem with the spinal nerve roots. I would see your doc or an orthopaedic spine surgeon.
