My granddoughter has a small white circle on her lower arm. its about the size of a dime and white. it was just a little itchy but not raised at all. ?

White Skin Lesion: Without a visual, it is hard to say. Does it look like an area of depigmented skin? Sometimes an area of chronic eczema with all the scratching and inflammation will lose its normal skin color.
