Go see your doctor: You've labeled yourself a guy so i suspect your morning sickness isn't due to a prolonged pregnancy. You didn't mention your medications, some of which can cause nausea & fatigue. Poorly controlled dm can also cause fatigue, as can anemia & hypothyroidism. Best to go see your family doc for complete evaluation. Tell him/her what you've noted above. Good luck!
