Chronic bronchitis: Do you smoke?, Have you ever been evaluated for cystic fibrosis/asthma/alpha1 antitrypsin? Consider genetic or mitichondrial work up ( www.umfd.org) Check for food intolerances, celiac/r gluten sensitivity( stop wheat for a week), or lactose intolerances(stop milk for a week) or environmental allergies/mold (HEPA in bedr). Would also check Vit D and B12(t could be malabsorption. F/u with doc
