Walking, ankle rolled inward, i felt a pop no immediate pain or swelling until i stopped walking. not too bad but history of high pain tollerence?

Get it checked: Ankle injuries are often undertreated. I once had a patient limp in with what they thought was a sprain. We found they had sheared off the back 1/3 of the bottom of the tibia. Have a podiatrist check the ankle and do some x-rays. If its nothing, at least you'll know for sure.

Pop in ankle: If you heard a pop and have a hard time walking get check by foot and ankle doc. They will check for an anterior drawer sign and if positive get an mri.
